Private Limited Liability Company Scandi house was established in 1999.
The major activity of the company is construction of pre-manufactured timber-frame houses. We also provide consultation in the fields of design, manufacture, installation and construction of timber-frame houses, prepare technical construction designs, perform technical maintenance and prepare estimates.
The manufacturing facility of the company, located in Alytus, is equipped with modern machinery, with the aim of which we can manufacture the structures needed for implementation of complex architectural solutions and construction of warm, modern, ecologically passive houses.
